Ann P. Vannuki

Age 100, of Providence Point Scott Twp., formerly of Youngstown, Ohio, on Wednesday morning, October 4, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Joseph J. Vannuki; devoted mother of JoAnne V. (Kevin) Crough of Mount Lebanon, and the late Ronald J. Vannuki; loving grandmother of Paul J. (Julie), Mark J. and Randon J. Vannuki; Gina M., Edward J. and Antoinette ‘Toni’ Crough; great-grandmother of Vincent; also survived by nieces and nephews. Ann was an active and faithful member of St. Bernard Parish and previously at St. Charles Borromeo in Boardman, Ohio where she was a choir member and minister of hospitality. In June of this year the family gathered from coast to coast to celebrate her Hundredth Birthday.  Ann would always find the joy in life though the people she truly loved and cared about. Ann was a lifelong, avid and passionate golfer up until just recently. She embraced every day with courage and conviction which was evidenced during this last year as she faced the challenges of ALS. Friends will be welcomed at Laughlin Cremation & Funeral Tributes, 222 Washington Road, Mount Lebanon, Saturday morning from 10:30 until a Mass of Christian Burial in Saint Bernard Church at 11:30. Interment in Calvary Cemetery of Massillon, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Providence Point, 500 Providence Point Blvd., Pittsburgh, PA 15243 or the ALS Association Western PA Chapter, 416 Lincoln Avenue, Millvale, PA 15209.
