Catherine C. (Hirt) Knorr

Age 92, of Castle Shannon, formerly of South Side, on Wednesday February 7, 2018.  Beloved wife of the late Clarence S. Knorr; loving mother of Kathleen Solecki, Clare Ann Knorr, Joyce (Kevin) Jagielski, Elaine (Dwayne) Cindric and Anthony (Valerie) Knorr; dear grandmother of Tracie (Vince) Riepole, Allison (Brian) Hays, Ben (Lin) Solecki, Nora Solecki, Andrew Solecki  and Jack Knorr; great grandmother of Vinnie and  Isabella Riepole, Aidan and Emma Hays; sister of Ruthann Hartman, the late Rose Witz, Marie Kanzleiter, John Hirt, Richard Hirt, and Imelda Vogel.  The Knorr family would like to thank the staff of Anova Hospice for the TLC they gave to our mother, Catherine. Family and friends will be welcomed at Laughlin Cremation and Funeral Tributes, 222 Washington Road, Mt. Lebanon on Sunday from 1:00 until 7:00pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Saint  Anne Church on Monday at 9:30 a.m. Interment St. Michael Cemetery, South Side.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Little Sisters of the Poor, 1028 Benton Avenue,  Pittsburgh, PA 15212
