Concetta (Sapienza) Eddy

Age 66, of Squirrel Hill, after a long battle with leukemia, on Friday, January 5, 2018. Beloved wife of William F. Eddy; devoted mother of Sarah (Nathaniel) Dodds and Elizabeth (Michael) Federici; loving grandmother of Paul, Grace and the late Martha Dodds; sister of Michael (Valentina) Sapienza, Raymond (Rachel) Sapienza, Carol (Gary) Agate, the late William (Patricia Wilson) Sapienza and Catherine (John) Tougher; also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. She was a very proud mother who deeply loved her family, friends and her cat, Salem. Friends will be welcomed at Laughlin Cremation & Funeral Tributes, 222 Washington Road, Mount Lebanon, Sunday afternoon from 1 until 5. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in Saint Bernard Church, Monday morning at 10. Burial next to her first grandchild Martha in Mount Lebanon Cemetery.
