Douglas L. Ruggles

Age 84, formerly of Castle Shannon and originally of Quincy, KY; on Sunday July 23, 2017. Beloved husband of the late Barbara (Bentley) Ruggles; devoted father of Kathy (Charles) Geier, Pamela (Joseph) DiRubbo, Melinda (Keith) Chojnicki, John (Amy) Ruggles, Debra (Daniel) Wise, Thomas (Stefanie) Ruggles, and the late Wanda Lee Ruggles; brother of Janet Gail Combs, the late Wanda Yauger and James Ruggles; also survived by  13 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Doug was a proud U S Air Force Veteran of the Korean Conflict. Friends will be welcomed at Laughlin Cremation and Funeral Tributes, Inc. 222 Washington Road, Mt. Lebanon, Friday afternoon from 12 until time of Service at 1:00 o’clock. Interment Mount Lebanon Cemetery. If desired, memorials may be made to  Washington Area Humane Society or a charity of your choice.
