Age 85, of Castle Shannon, on Saturday, March 14, 2015. Husband of the late Betty Karkalla; devoted father of Susan (Larry) Drysdale of Missouri; loving grandfather of Ashley Wright; uncle of Diane Lloyd, Michael Karkalla, Kathy Miller, Tom and Glen Jackson, John Helsel. Ed was a member of American Legion Post 490. He enjoyed racing and going to car shows. Friends will be welcomed at LAUGHLIN MEMORIAL CHAPEL, INC. 1008 Castle Shannon Blvd., Castle Shannon THURSDAY 2-4 & 6-8 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Saint Anne Church, Friday morning at 9:30. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
