Betsy passed away January 18, 2018 at the age of 69. Born March 11, 1948 to the late Dorothy (Kroll) and James Cipriani. She was a strong, free-spirited woman with a passion for travel and adventure and a deep love of animals. She triumphed over several of life’s trials, but eventually lost her courageous battle with COPD. She is survived by her sister Patricia (Robert) Stewart, nephews Jeffrey and Russel Stewart, and great-nephews Christopher, Derek, and Garrett Stewart. Friends and family are invited to a mass of Christian burial on Friday, February 2, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Anne’s Church in Castle Shannon
