Age 96 of Scott Twp., on Tuesday, July 4, 2017, surrounded by his loving family. Husband of the late Elizabeth (Fey) Kramer and Antoinette (DiPippa); devoted father of Judi (Carmen) Mancuso, Denise Ellsworth and Cathy (Rich) Ford; step-father of Melvin Kramer, Jr. (Suzie), Bobby (Bobbie) Kramer, Jim (B.J.) Kramer, Kenny (Joanne) Kramer, Norman Kramer, Nanette (Ted) Drozdowski, Betsy (Rich) Powell, Danny (Lisa) Kramer, Donny (Sue) Kramer and Bernie (Erin) Kramer; beloved brother of the late Patrick Carr (survived by Lois); loving grandfather of Vince and Toni Mancuso, Alexa (Adam) Maseth, Andrew and Brett Ford and Jared Ellsworth; loving great-grandfather of Ryan Frances; also survived by many step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren. Frank was a proud 1940 graduate of Central Catholic High School and a U S Army WWII Veteran. Friends will be welcomed at Laughlin Memorial Chapel, 222 Washington Road, Mount Lebanon, Thursday 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Saint Bernard Church, Friday morning at 10 o’clock. Entombment, Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
