Hazel B. (Brennan) Fagan

97, of Asbury Heights, formerly of Baldwin Boro, peacefully on Saturday April 23, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Charles J. "Chuck" Fagan; devoted mother of Joann Melani-Schaeffer and Barbara Albanowski; loving grandmother of Jackie Umberger (Jeff), Judy Kirtley (Paul), Anthony Melani (Cindy), June Albanowski and Kelly Rottkamp (Peter); great-grandmother of Dean, Drake, Liam and Tyler. Hazel and Chuck loved to travel and especially enjoyed their many trips to Hawaii. "They danced their way through 65 years of marriage". The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Asbury Heights Redwood Unit and Family Hospice for the loving care and devotion they gave to Hazel. No viewing hours are planned. Service and interment will be held in Arizona. If desired, memorials may be made to Asbury Heights Foundation, 700 Bower Hill Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15243
