died peacefully surrounded by her family on March 20,, 2018, at age 101. Daughter of the late Joseph and Josie (Bane) McMinn; beloved wife for 56 years of the late William H. Rhoades; devoted mother of Nancy (Dave ) Warner of San Antonio, TX and Donna (John) Connolly of Mount Lebanon; sister of Loretha McMinn Hoyer and the late Thomas Reed McMinn; loving grandmother of Carolyn Kaiser Eddings, Bonnie Kaiser DeMatteo, Emily Kaiser Blough, Julie Warner Lange, David Warner; great-grandmother of Benjamin, Anna, Samuel, Andrew, Matthew, Kynndal, Ella, Allison and Ethan. The family would like to extend our deep gratitude to the caregivers at The Pines of Mt. Lebanon where she resided for the last sixth months and also the staff and Hospice Care at St. Clair Hospital. She lived a long happy life and loved being with her family, dancing and playing the piano. Friends will be welcomed at Laughlin Cremation & Funeral Tributes, 222 Washington Road, Mount Lebanon, Thursday evening from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. Services in Laughlin’s Chapel, Friday morning at 10:30. Interment in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.
