Ralph G. Steele

Affectionately known as 'Duke'

Age 89, formerly of Dormont, on Monday, October 5, 2015. Beloved husband of the late Bernice (Goss) Steele; devoted father of Howard R. (Kim) Steele, Norma S. Buhrman and the late Janet L. Aiken; also survived by loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by 3 brothers and one grandson. Ralph, a WWII Army Veteran, was very active in the Mt. Lebanon United Methodist Church, the Dormont A.A.R.P. and the Dormont V.F.W. For years Ralph was a delivery man for Carl Colteryahn Dairy and also did seasonal work installing awnings for some 200 homeowners. Friends will be welcomed at Laughlin Memorial Chapel, 222 Washington Road, Mount Lebanon, Friday from 4:00 until 7:00 and Saturday from 11:00 am until time of service in the funeral home chapel at 1:00 pm. Interment with Military Honors in Bethel Cemetery. If desired, memorials may be made to Mt.
