83, of Providence Point, formerly of Mt. Lebanon, on Sunday, January 15, 2017. Son of the late Robert P. and Geraldine Horton Fairgrieve, beloved husband for 58 years of Carol Kooser Fairgrieve; devoted father of Douglas (Lisa), James (Loreta) and William (Jenafer) Fairgrieve; brother of Nancy F. Burton (Richard) and Joan F. Logue (Laird); brother-in-law of Nancy DeAngelis and the late Linda Gruver; loving grandfather of Anna Fairgrieve, William Fairgrieve, Melissa Zyks (Jason), Amy Fairgrieve, Caroline Salopek (Marko), Laura Fairgrieve, Allison Fairgrieve, Shelby Teagardner, Megan Fairgrieve and Christopher Teagardner; great-grandfather of Evelyn Gillman; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Bob was a retired Melt Shop Supervisor for J&L Steel and a long-time member of Mt. Lebanon United Methodist Church. Friends may call at Laughlin Memorial Chapel, 222 Washington Road, Mt. Lebanon, TUESDAY, January 17th from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Memorial Service in Mt. Lebanon United Methodist Church, Wednesday, January 18th at 10:30 AM. Interment in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery will be private.
