Robert A. Kobosky

Of Castle Shannon, on Monday March 16, 2015. Beloved husband for 66 years of Lucille (Lehner) Kobosky; loving father of Mary Ann (Darrell) Gray, Dianne (Al)  Metro, Luann Quigley, Robin Ann (David)  Keefe and Joanne Kobosky; brother of Carl, Margaret Cardamone, Donna Rose Linton and the late Irene Muskovich; also survived by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Bob was a WW II Veteran who received the Purple Heart for his participation at the Battle of Okinawa. He was an accountant for Westinghouse for 41 years and a lifetime member of the Castle Shannon Volunteer Fire Department having been a member since 1948. Friends will be welcomed at Laughlin Memorial Chapel 1008 Castle Shannon Blvd. on Friday from 2-8 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered in St. Anne Church on Saturday at 9:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Anne School Angel Fund c/o St. Anne Church 400 Hoodridge Drive Pittsburgh, PA 15234.
