89, of Upper St. Clair, formerly of Mt. Lebanon, peacefully on Easter Sunday, April 16, 2017. Beloved husband for 61 years of Ruth Barr Seip; devoted father of Rebecca A. Seip, Robert H. Seip (Elizabeth) and Kathleen R. Seip; loving grandfather of Robert B. Seip; brother of Patricia Lein (the late Joseph) and Judy Gorczyca (the late Adam); brother-in-law of David L. Barr and the late Marilyn Ord (the late James); also survived by his nieces and nephews. All are welcome to attend his memorial service in Mt.
