Raymond E. Burkhart

Age 84, of Whitehall, formerly of Baldwin Township, on Tuesday, January 4, 2022. Beloved husband for over 41 years of Mary E. (Bash) Burkhart; devoted father of Raymond G. Burkhart and Lee Ann (Ken) Larbig; proud ‘Gran Dad’ of Kristopher, Elizabeth, Kelsie, Alexander, Kenny, Meredith, Keaton, Sebastian and the late Jonathan; great-grandfather of Finnegan and Axel; brother of Mary, the late Cecelia, Frances, Edward, Margaret, Alice, David, Roseann and Paul; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Ray was a retired Chef from the William Penn Hotel with over 43 years of creating gourmet masterpieces, particularly known for his soups. Ray loved to fish, was an avid bowler with an impressive 275 average and will be fondly remembered for his joyous laughter. Friends will be welcomed at Laughlin Cremation & Funeral Tributes, 222 Washington Road, Mt. Lebanon on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until time of Service at 2:00p.m. Interment will be private.
