Virginia R. (Wappes) Teyssier

Virginia R. (Wappes) Teyssier, 85,  of Castle Shannon, on Friday October 15, 2021. Loving mother of Lisa (Ken) Bucher, and Charles E. Teyssier. Ginny is preceded in death by her daughter Marianne Thoma-Walker, and two infant daughters. She is survived by grandchildren, Melissa (Tim Scandrol) Thoma, Christopher (Chelsea Seyster) Thoma, and Hollianne Bucher; great-grandchildren, Ariana, Brendan, and Paige Scandrol, and Chase Thoma. She also leaves behind her beloved cat, Oliver. Ginny loved travelling, even on small trips and she especially loved camping. She also loved sharing a meal with her loved ones and was lovingly referred to as "Mother Hubbard" by her family and close friends. She is deeply loved and will be dearly missed. Friends and family will be received at Laughlin Cremation & Funeral Tributes, 1008 Castle Shannon Boulevard on Monday from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8pm. A blessing service will be held at 9:30am on Tuesday in the Funeral Home followed by interment in Saint Mary Cemetery, Mount Troy Road.
