Cynthia R. (Rhodes) Stuart

77, of Dormont, died peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, on Thursday, October 12, 2017. Daughter of the late Albert E. Rhodes, Jr. and  the late Elsie Thurber Rhodes; beloved wife for 57 years of Roger W. Stuart, II; devoted mother of Albert (Christina), Joshua (Margaret) and William Benjamin Stuart; loving "Grandma Cindy" of Sarah E. McFall (Andrew), Moira E., Caleb J., Josiah N., Brigid E., Ezekiel M., Lily B., Charles A. and Trinity N. Stuart; sister-in-law of Barbara Stuart Swisher (James) and William T. Stuart (Vicki); also survived by many nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank Allegheny Health Network Home Hospice (Celtic Healthcare) and Visiting Angels for all the care and support they gave to Cindy and her loved ones.  Friends will be received by the family at Laughlin Cremation & Funeral Tributes, Inc., 222 Washington Road, Mt. Lebanon, on Monday, October 16, 2017, from 4-8 PM. All are also welcome to attend her Memorial Service in Universal United Presbyterian Church, 2545 Main Street, Penn Hills, PA  15235 on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at 3:30 PM. Interment in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery will be private.
