Esther "Gerry" (Guthrie) Sinemus

Age 93, of Castle Shannon, on Monday. September 11, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Paul D. Sinemus; devoted mother of Terry P. Sinemus and Lynn A. (the late Skip) Leming; loving grandmother of Kristen (William) Simon, Shannon (Rex) Gleeson, and Hannah Sinemus; great grandmother of Ashley, Bella, E J and Lily. Gerry was a very kind and generous person. She was previously a Past Matron of the Eastern Star, a long time member and former Elder of First Presbyterian Church of Castle Shannon. She had been the office manager at her husband’s State Farm Agency for many years, but her true passions were playing and teaching the violin. Friends will be welcomed at Laughlin Cremation & Funeral Tributes, Inc. 1008 Castle Shannon Boulevard, Castle Shannon, Friday 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00pm. Services will be held in First Presbyterian Church of Castle Shannon, 3636 Poplar Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15234, Saturday morning at 11 o'clock (Everyone Please Meet at Church). Interment in Jefferson Memorial Park will be private. If desired, memorials may be made to the Church.
