I. Jean Buckley

of Castle Shannon, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-greatmother, passed away suddenly. Beloved wife of the late Andrew Buckley. Mother of Richard (June) Buckley, Kevin (Jeanne) Buckley, Therese (Ross) Tassari, Christopher (Diane) Buckley, Mary Falls (Tim Coeyman), and Mark Buckley. Jean was blessed with seventeen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. She retired after a career of teaching. Jean was an accomplished watercolor artist and held memberships with the Pittsburgh Watercolor Society, South Hills Arts, and Whitehall Arts League. She enjoyed many hobbies such as gardening and knitting. Jean was an active member of St. Anne's Parish in Castle Shannon. Friends will be received on Tuesday November 7 from 2-4 and 6-8 at Laughlin Cremation and Funeral Tributes 1008 Castle Shannon Blvd. Pittsburgh, PA 15234. A funeral mass will be celebrated at St Anne's Church on Wednesday at 10am. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to St Anne’s, The Society of St. Vincent de Paul Council of Pittsburgh
