Joan Franks Obituary

Of Scott Twp., on Friday December 21, 2018. Daughter of the late Edna McKean; wife of the late John Franks. Joan was retired from the U.S. Army, a life member of the Korean Veterans and a member of American Legion Post 290. Friends will be received at Laughlin Cremation & Funeral Tributes 222 Washington Road Mt. Lebanon on Thursday from 10 until time of service at 11 AM.
