Mary F. (Owens) Lescroart

93, of Mt. Lebanon, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 17, 2017. Daughter of the late Charles H. and Lucy V. (Byrne) Owens; wife of the late Robert E. Lescroart (1978). She is survived by her nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. Mary was a member and volunteer of St. Lucy's Guild for the Blind and a long-time volunteer for the Pittsburgh Guild for the Blind. She also received a 25 year service award medal from the Ladies of Charity. At her request, viewing hours have been omitted. The family will receive friends at St. Thomas More Church, on Saturday, May 20, 2017 from 9:15 AM until the time of her Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment will be in Mount Woolaston Cemetery, Quincy, MA on Wednesday, May 24th at 12 Noon (Please meet at the cemetery). In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Blind and Vision Rehabilitation Services of Pittsburgh,1816 Locust Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 or to St. Thomas More Church, 126 Fort Couch Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15241.
