Rita Charles

Rita Charles, Age 87, of Mt. Lebanon, formerly of Overbrook, on Tuesday, April 24, 2018.  Loving mother of Debbie (John) Gilligan, Diane (Daniel Kambic) Charles, and Brian (Cindi) Charles; Devoted grandmother of Kevin, Ryan, Stephanie, Lauren, and Nicole and great-grandmother of Emilee and Reagan; sister of  Patricia Martin and the late Audrey Baginski.  Rita’s true passion was her family, but she also really enjoyed her career at the former Ramada Hotel in downtown Pittsburgh.  At her request, there will be no visitation.  Friends and family are welcome to celebrate her life at the Memorial Mass on Saturday May 5 at 10am at Saint Bernard Church.  If desired, memorial contributions may be sent to Carnegie Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, 4400 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA  15213-4007.
