Todd Gilbert Obituary

Todd Robert Gilbert, age 55, of Castle Shannon, PA, passed away on Wednesday, October 23, 2019, following a brief illness. Todd was born in Las Vegas, Nevada, and grew up in Las Vegas and Dearborn Heights, Michigan. He graduated from Crestwood High School in Dearborn Heights, Michigan, and attended college at Western Michigan University. Todd later served honorably in the United States Air Force. He will be remembered for his intelligence, ability to face adversity head-on, and warm and hearty laugh. Todd loved talking politics, watching the news, and researching family history. He had a huge soft spot in his heart for his cat, who was his constant companion. Todd was preceded in death by his loving mother, Freya Hays, and his younger brother Ryan Gilbert. He is survived by his sister Gina Winspear, brother Bret Gilbert, father Gary Gilbert, and aunt Fran Nelson. Interment at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
