William Reaney Emery

Age 80, of Mt. Lebanon, died peacefully on Saturday February 17, 2018 at St. Clair Hospital. Beloved husband of almost 54 years of Claire (Hartner); father of William G. (Pamela) of Williamsport, PA, Janis Feron of Sunnyvale, CA and Jill Emery of New York City; beloved grandfather of Sophie and Alex Feron; brother of Arden (Mary Lou) Emery and the late Raymen (surviving spouse Jan).  Bill was a graduate of Shadyside Academy and a Mechanical Engineering graduate of Bucknell University. At SSA, Bill lettered each year in football, basketball and track.  He was an Engineer for Duquesne Light for 38 years. Bill was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity, Bucknell Alum Association, Mechanical Engineers Society, Sports Car Club of America and Western PA Triumph Club. He loved to travel with his wife Claire. He especially enjoyed European river cruises and road trips all over the United States. Bill also loved to race his 1959 Triumph (TR3) and won many awards.
