Age 95, of Mt. Lebanon, peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family, on Saturday, April 24, 2021. Agnes was a 1944 graduate of Duquesne High School and formerly worked at U S Steel Duquesne Works. In her later years she worked on rural poverty issues, assisting Amish and Mennonite families in need. Beloved wife for 47 years of the late John Mihelcic; devoted mother of Marian, Jean (John Bartels), John, James (Karen Moran) and Joseph (Barbara) Mihelcic; loving grandmother of Catherine, Christine, Elizabeth and Erin; great-grandmother of twins, Clara and Rebecca. Family and friends will gather at Laughlin Memorial Chapel, 222 Washington Road, Mount Lebanon on Sunday afternoon from 1:00 until 4:00. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Saint Bernard Church (St. Michael the Archangel Parish) on Monday morning at 9:30. Mass will be followed by a private burial at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies due to covid restrictions.
