Age 65, of Castle Shannon, surrounded by her family, on Tuesday August 4, 2026. Beloved wife of Bill Reffner; loving mother of Josh (Alivia) Reffner and Maggie (Chris) DeIuliis; “Gaga” to Heath, Arley, Anna and Sundie; sister of Dana (Monica) Musser, Neal (Mona) Musser, Donna Musser, Jill (Dave) Kielbasa, Troy (Jenny) Musser and Chris (Tiffany) Musser; daughter of the late Arlene and Don Musser; also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Carol enjoyed going to camp with her family, having dinners with her girlfriends every Friday, yearly trips with the family to the Outer Banks, pool days and spending time with her grandkids. She also enjoyed hosting holiday get togethers with her family. Family and friends will be received at Laughlin Cremation & Funeral Tributes 1008 Castle Shannon Blvd. Castle Shannon on Thursday from 3-7:30 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered in St. Paul of The Cross Parish – St. Anne Church on Friday at 1:00 PM. The family wishes to extend thanks to Dr. Reyes and the staff of the Hillman Cancer Center for the care that they gave Carol.
