Dodie H. Becker

Age 94, of Bethel Park, formerly of Mt. Lebanon, on Tuesday March 4, 2025. Daughter of the late Raymond and Pauline (Diehl) Becker. Dodie graduated from Robert Morris University with a degree in Psychology. She also graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Engineering, completed the Master of Divinity program and also attended the Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. She worked for over 30 years at US Steel as a Transportation Engineer and was the first woman chairman of the Mt. Lebanon Traffic Commission. Dodie volunteered at Asbury Heights for many years, was President of the Auxiliary, and ran the gift shop. She became a Licensed Trager Practitioner (body movement) and tutor. A Memorial Service will be held in St. Paul's Episcopal Church on Saturday March 15 at 1:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's Episcopal Church 1066 Washington Rd. Pittsburgh, PA 15228 or to the Humane Animal Rescue Pittsburgh 1101 Western Ave. Pittsburgh, PA 15233.
