Dorothy D. Carter

Dorothy D. Carter went home to be reunited with her husband on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at the age of 100.

She was born in Kansas City, MO on September 1, 1924, to John and Alberta Deuser. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Carter, her 5 siblings, and her parents.

Beloved mother of Libby (Joe) Clark, of Plum, PA, and John (Vanessa) Carter, of Washington, PA; grandmother of Monica (Cary) Kane of McKinney, TX, Melissa Clark of Plum, PA, Matt (Jessica) Clark of Plum, PA, Michael Carter of Houston, PA, and Nicole (Michael) Little of Scott Township, PA. She is also survived by her 9 great grandchildren: Ella and Rylan Kane; Emma Filippino; Brenden, Landen and Colten Clark; and Maycee, Milly, and Carter Little.

A Memorial Service will be celebrated on Saturday, May 3, at 11:00am at Bower Hill Community Church,70 Moffett St, Pittsburgh, PA 15243.
