Age 90, formerly of Mt. Washington & Scott Twp., on Wednesday November 14, 2018. Husband of the late Elizabeth A. Winstel; father of Sandra Callan, Edmund J. "Ned" (Susan) Winstel III, Pamela (Tom) Frank and Laura (David) Miller; brother of Robert, Phyllis Miller and the late Lorean Thompson and Patricia McCullom; also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Family and friends will be received at Laughlin Cremation & Funeral Tributes 222 Washington Road Mt. Lebanon on Sunday 1-4 PM. A Blessing Service will be held in the funeral home on Monday at 1:00 PM. Interment to follow in the National Cemetery of The Alleghenies.
