Edna M. Dausch

    Age 100, of Castle Shannon, on Tuesday, March 25, 2025.  Beloved wife of the late Cyril T. Dausch; loving mother of Kenneth C. (Bunny) and the late Michael (Charlotte) Dausch; loving grandmother of Mark (Erica), Greg (Shannel), Tom (Chelsea) Dausch, Johanna (Tim) O’Nan and Caitlin (Brandon) Canestraro;  proud great grandma of fourteen: Bella, Raelyn, Connor, Remy, Piper, Tommy, Ronnie and Rowan Dausch; Lilly and Tristan O’Nan; Logan, Ava, Audrey and Lena Canestraro.; daughter of the late Edward and Clara Baney; sister of the late James Baney, Edward Baney, Ruth Battung and Evelyn Gray.

     Edna lived 73 years in her home in Castle Shannon.  She was a member of St. Paul of the Cross Parish and a devout Catholic.  She was very active in her church, a Christian Mother and a member of the Ladies of Charity.  Edna enjoyed reading, especially the Bible, gardening, cooking and helping others.  She will be remembered as a strong, loving, independent woman. 

    Friends will be welcomed to a Mass of Christian Burial at Saint Anne Church (St. Paul of the Cross Parish) Hoodridge Drive in Castle Shannon on Monday morning, March 31st at 9:30.
