Obituary

Edward Joseph (E.J.) Revitsky Jr (age 66) of Mt Lebanon, PA passed away suddenly on Tuesday May 17, 2022. E.J., born on January 31, 1956, was the beloved father of Steven Revitsky (Caitlin), Alicia Revitsky Locker (Todd), and Katharine Revitsky Carlson (Andrew). He was a loving and devoted grandfather to Bruce (3), Felix (2), Lillian (1) and was excited to welcome his 4th grandchild due in August 2022. E.J. is survived by his mother, Julia Revitsky, and his 8 younger brothers and sisters, Julie Hunter, Jane Ziemianski, Jim Revitsky, Tina Shrum, Teresa DeFelice, Nick Revitsky, Wally Revitsky, Mary Cay Ross. The Latrobe native had a lifelong passion for numbers and spent many years in a career in accounting. He was an active member of the New Song Community Church, St. Anne’s Catholic Men’s group, and Carrick Sportsmen’s Club.  E.J. loved to entertain those around him with silly jokes and warm smiles and he assisted others with open arms and helping hands. His love of sports cars and good food were outweighed only by his love for God.  He will be dearly missed by friends, family, and all who knew him. May he rest in the peace and happiness of God’s love. Family & friends will be received at Laughlin Cremation & Funeral Tributes 222 Washington Road Mt. Lebanon on Thursday May 26 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM and then again on Friday May 27 from 10 AM until time of services at 11 AM in the funeral home chapel.
