Francis X. Schneck

Age 89, of Mt. Lebanon, formerly of Belle Mead, NJ., on Monday April 12, 2021. Beloved husband for 61 years of Jane (Blockberger) Schneck; father of Francis X. (Dana) , Susan J. (Janice) , Christopher J. (Gisela) and Matthew J. Schneck; grandfather of Andrew, Sarah, Meghan, Benjamin, Amanda and Isabella; great grandfather of Emma Jane; brother of the late Bernard, Anna Mae, Christine and Theresa. Francis was a graduate of the University of Scranton, Fordham University and the University of Pennsylvania. After serving in the US Army, he worked as a social worker at the Medical Center of Princeton. Frank’s hobbies included fishing, gardening and wine making. He was a professional musician in his youth, playing the clarinet and saxophone.  There will be no visitation. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered in St. Bernard Church on Saturday at 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Medical Rescue Team South Authority (MRTSA) 315 Cypress Way Pittsburgh, PA 15228.
