Helen Marie "Kelly" Conrad

Of Mt. Lebanon and affectionately known as “Kelly” by her Pittsburgh friends, on Friday, September 17, 2021. She was born in Altoona, PA on June 11, 1934 a daughter of the late Kenneth T. and Mary (Mann) Conrad; loving mother of Beth Anne (Miller) Healey of Frostburg, MD; sister of the late Carole Moore and Thomas K. Conrad (survived by Elaine) of Hollidaysburg, PA. A graduate of Altoona Catholic High School, Class of 1952, she moved to Pittsburgh in 1963. Kelly worked in Property and Casualty Insurance for 50 years in Altoona and Pittsburgh. She was employed by New Hampshire Insurance Company (AIG) for 18 years and retired from Liberty Insurance Agency in 2002 after 15 years of service. She was a member of Cathedral Parish while in Altoona and Saint Bernard Church in Mt. Lebanon. A faithful follower of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton. She loved animals, history, books, music, sports and her hometown, Altoona. “Slainte” dear ones. At her request, there will be no viewing or service, with a private burial in Calvary Cemetery of Altoona. If desired, memorials may be made to Animal Friends, 526 Camp Horne Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15237.
