Henrietta (Tannous) McFarland

Age 92, of Carrick, on Thursday December 13, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Thomas D. McFarland; devoted mother William (Debra), Donald (Janet), Jeffrey (Sue Ellen) and Christopher (the late Mary Beth) McFarland; loving grandmother of Jordan, Alyssa, Shane, Brittany, Liam, Paige, Ian and Zachary; sister of Diane Tannous Coyne; also survived by several nieces and nephews. Henrietta was greatly loved and adored by her four sons and eight grandchildren. She was an avid sports enthusiast and enjoyed attending her sons and grandchildren's sporting events as well as watching the Pirates and Steelers. Henrietta served as a loyal volunteer for many years at St. Clair Hospital and also delivered Meals on Wheels to those less fortunate.  She was a Eucharistic Minister to shut-ins at St. Bernard's parish as well. Her kind and loving spirit will be greatly missed by those blessed to know and love her. Friends will be welcomed at Laughlin Cremation & Funeral Tributes, 222 Washington Road, Mount Lebanon, Sunday from 2:00 until 8:00pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Saint Bernard Church on Monday morning at 10 o’clock. Interment Calvary Cemetery. If desired, memorials may be made to a charity of ones choice.
