Age 89, of Upper St. Clair, on Wednesday October 18, 2023. Husband of the late Valerie J. Philips; father of Cammy, Scott and Sherry Philips and Julie (Terry) Fleming; grandfather of Skylar and Cally Fleming and Nicholas Sabo; also survived by his adored girlfriend Michele Wittpenn. Friends will be received at Laughlin Cremation & Funeral Tributes 222 Washington Road Mt. Lebanon on Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. Services and interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hope 4, 2000 Commerce Loop Suite 2100 North Huntingdon, PA 15642.
