Joseph Paul Veto

Age 89, of Dormont, on Thursday February 22, 2024. Beloved husband for 66 years of Ann (Yesko) Veto; father of Valeri Shisler (Michael), Joanne Veto, Vicki Marasco (late Jim), Jean Van Maele and Paul Veto; grandfather of Jessica, Lauren and Kristen Shisler and Ryan and Taylor Van Maele; brother of the late Geraldine Veto. Joseph was a retired math teacher from Keystone Oaks School District where he also coached a number of different sports, but football was his favorite. He was also a lifelong mentor of Dormont youth with his coaching. Family and friends will be received at Laughlin Cremation & Funeral Tributes 222 Washington Road Mt. Lebanon on Monday 2-4 & 6-8 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered in St. Teresa of Kolkata Parish - St. Pius X Church on Tuesday at 10:00 AM. Interment will be private.
