Age 74, of Dormont, on Thursday September 8, 2022 Son of the late John C. and Ida McDermott; husband of the late Kathleen A. McDermott; father of Krista (Jason) Day and Bryan (Meghan) McDermott; brother of Gary McDermott and the late Jack McDermott and Audrey Adams; grandfather of Ashley, Connor and Carson Day and Ramsey, Roscoe and Romy McDermott. Lawrence was retired from Peoples Natural Gas Company. Family and friends will be received at Laughlin Cremation & Funeral Tributes 222 Washington Road Mt. Lebanon on Tuesday from 4-7 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered in St. Bernard Church, St. Michael the Archangel Parish on Wednesday at 10:00 AM. Interment Calvary Cemetery.
