Loretta A. Gruhalla

Loretta A. Gruhalla passed away on Monday, December 15, 2025.

Daughter of the late Robert and Edna Bohn. Beloved wife of the late Ralph Gruhalla; mother of Dawn (Michael) D’Alessandro; grandmother of Brittnie (Jessica) Wolfe and Allison Gruhalla; great-grandmother of Sevin, Brianna and Charles; sister of Mary Bernarding and the late Delores Tirabachi, Edna Ludwig, and Frances Ludwig.

Loretta’s faith was very important to her and guided the way she lived her life. She deeply loved her family and found her greatest joy in time spent with them. She was an all-around lovely person who will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.

Friends received on Wednesday, December 17, from 2-5pm at Laughlin Cremation & Funeral Tributes, 222 Washington Rd. Pittsburgh, PA 15216. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, December 18, at 10am in St. Michael the Archangel Parish, St. Bernard Church, 311 Washington Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15216. Entombment to follow in Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.
