Marlene was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Ethel (Patterson) Snyder, her sister Shirley Burns (Dan) and her brother Ronald.
As a boutique manager for many years, she enjoyed styling clients and the friendship of her coworkers. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother who married the love of her life. She will always be remembered for her infectious Hollywood smile and huge, beautiful baby blue eyes. She had a quick wit and a great sense of humor. She enjoyed dressing smartly and heading out for a cocktail with her husband, family or friends. Genealogy was her passion. She has an enormous library of all she has found. When not on her computer researching, she liked to watch Unsolved Mysteries and Cops. Her home was always filled with memories of children running around, especially during the holidays. She was always there for us no matter what.
Friends and family will be received at Laughlin Cremation and Funeral Tributes, 222 Washington Rd., Mt. Lebanon on Wednesday, January 22 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Paul of the Cross Parish – St. Anne Church on Thursday, January 23 at 10am.
