May V. (Kraepel) Frederick

Age 96, passed peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday morning, April 6, 2022. Beloved wife for 54 years of the late Norbert J. “Bert” Frederick; devoted mother of James Frederick (Gayle Irwin), Sue Gamble, Scott (Clare) Frederick and Joanne (Joe) McCue; sister of the late Grace Garner (Kraepel); loving grandmother of Jessica Frederick, Hannah Gamble, Lydia Gamble, Josiah Gamble, Daniel Gamble, Jessica Gamble, and Alexandra Frederick; loving Aunt and Matriarch of many wonderful nieces and nephews who meant the world to her. May was a devoted Wife and Mother and sacrificed everything for her children to have a better life. She had a fun sense of humor and kept us laughing. She enjoyed painting works of art in her painting club and even won 2nd Place amongst many talented painters.  She never put on airs, she was who she was. She had many talents and could always find the best in everything. Friends will be welcomed at Laughlin Cremation & Funeral Tributes, 222 Washington Road, Mt. Lebanon on Sunday afternoon, April 10th from 1:00 pm – 4:00. A Memorial Service will be held In Mt. Lebanon United Methodist Church, on Monday morning, April 11th at 11 o’clock.
