Michael J. "Skip" Dayak Jr. Obituary

Michael J. “Skip” Dayak Jr., of Dormont, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at the age of 52.

Beloved son of Linda and Michael J. Dayak Sr.; brother of Matt (Sarah) Dayak; grandson of Mary Clark, the late Charlie Clark and the late Mike and Margaret Dayak. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He had a deep passion for music—he didn’t just love listening to it, he found joy in playing multiple instruments with remarkable talent. His kindness and generosity were just as strong; he was always there to help, no matter the need. His music and his unwavering support for those he loved will be deeply missed.

Friends will be received on Sunday, March 30, from noon until 4pm, when all will be welcome to share stories and memories of Michael, at Laughlin Cremation & Funeral Tributes, 222 Washington Rd. Pittsburgh, PA 15216.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions suggested to:
