Age 68, of Mount Washington and originally from the South Side; surrounded by loving family, on Tuesday evening, May 12, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Companion of Cathy Chase; devoted father of Rebecca (‘TJ’) Cooper, Jamie (Justin) Horner and Peter ‘PJ’ (Jennifer) Torley; proud grandfather of Zachery, Tanner, Rylee, Shaylynn, Sidney, Victoria, Lucas and Lian; step-grandfather of Judy; brother of Elaine (Michael) Kelly, Janice (the late David) Miller and the late Roseann Seifert; also survived by the mother of his children, Kathy Torley, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Peter was a union welder previously with Highland Tank in Somerset, Pennsylvania and had also worked in Arizona. He was an avid sports fan and a musician. At age 7, Peter learned how to play the Accordion which became his true passion entertaining for family, friends and seniors for all occasions.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Saint Bernard Church (St. Michael the Archangel Parish) 311 Washington Road on Wednesday morning, May 20th at 10 o’clock. Interment, St. Michael Cemetery.
