It grieves us to inform all family, friends, coworkers, and acquaintances that Ronald G. Bradley, Jr., age 57, passed away on Sunday, December 26, 2021, in the intensive care unit of the University Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. Ron was born on Sunday, October 4, 1964 in Langhorne, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. He is survived by his parents, Ronald G. Bradley, Sr. and Carol (Mather) Bradley; brothers Richard S. Bradley (Amy Minder) and Robert Brian Bradley (Christy Polen); nieces Emma, Hannah, Anna, and nephew, Zack. An honors student, Ron was a graduate of Mt. Lebanon High School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he was raised. He also graduated from Lakeland Community College, Ohio, attaining a degree in business management. In high school Ron was a member of the football and wrestling teams and was extremely proud of this years football team when it won the 2021 Pennsylvania State 6A Championship. An avid sports fan, Ron followed the Pittsburgh Penguins the Pittsburgh Pirates, the Ohio State Buckeyes, and his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers with a passion. His collections of sports paraphernalia associated with the teams he loved is a true testament of his keen interest in each team, especially the Steelers. Ron worked in the tool crib for the Swagelok Company in Highland Heights, Ohio, for many years and formed lasting friendships and fond memories with many of his co-workers. Ron was also a long-time member of the Wickliffe Fraternal Order of Eagles and was a past president as well as fulfilling many other administrative duties over a period of many years. He was a better man than most, and as good as any Visitation will be at Laughlin Cremation & Funeral Tributes 222 Washington Road, Mt. Lebanon, on Friday from 4-7 PM. The family requests that those attending the visitation wear masks. Graveside services in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery on Saturday at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Kidney Foundation. The family also asks that people support and encourage others to be fully vaccinated, to wear masks, and to practice social distancing in order to save lives and protect other immunocompromised people, like Ron, a kidney transplant recipient, from this terrible pandemic.
