Rosalie J. Gierczynski

Of Castle Shannon, formerly of Dormont, passed away peacefully on her 84th birthday, Thursday, May 19, 2022. Beloved wife for 50 years of the late Carl J. Gierczynski (2017); devoted mother of Lee J. Gierczynski (Kelly) and Catherine Rosato (Paul); loving grandmother of Nathan and Emily Gierczynski; dear sister of Marion Milaniak (Michael) and Rita Claire Perrelli (Vince); also survived by many nieces, nephews and their families. Rosalie was a longtime teacher at St. Bernard School in Mt. Lebanon as well as an active member of St. Bernard Church. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Laughlin Cremation and Funeral Tributes, 222 Washington Road, Mt. Lebanon. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Bernard Church (St. Michael the Archangel Parish) on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, at 12:00 Noon.
