Roy Allen Geer

Age 67, of Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania passed away suddenly but peacefully at his home on Saturday, November 13, 2021. He was the beloved husband of Nancy Ewell Geer for 30 years and devoted father of Spencer Ewell Geer and Steven Emerson Geer. He is also survived by his sisters Susan Geer and Donna Gosnell; sister-in-law Susan Alexander and brother-in-law Bruce Alexander; nieces Amy Alexander, Amy Anderson, Maureen Gosnell, Audra Gosnell; and nephew Aaron Barth. He was preceded in death by his parents Harold Asa Geer and Lois Montgomery Dobson. Roy was a skilled graphic designer, but his real love was spending time in the outdoors. He loved fly fishing in the wooden kayak he built. He will be remembered for his sense of humor, artistic talents, and the kindness he extended to others. He will be sorely missed by those who knew and loved him. Everyone is welcome to attend his memorial service in St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 1066 Washington Road, Mt. Lebanon, on Saturday, June 11, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. The family will receive friends at the church following the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Izaak Walton League of America (a national conservation organization) or The American Cancer Society.
