Sally Ann Brennan

On Saturday, November 11, 2023, Sally Ann Brennan, passed away after a short illness, at age 88. Dear mother of Sally (Bill) Rath of Phoenix, AZ and Terry Brennan of Overland Park, KS; loving grandmother of Emily and Carolyn; beloved sister of Patricia Schneider of Pittsburgh, Madeline McMurray of Greer, SC, and the late Kathleen.

Sally was a native of the Pittsburgh area with many years spent in New York City and Phoenix. Sally spent most of her career working as a 4th grade teacher in Catholic grammar schools and later as an administrator in the banking field. She returned to the Pittsburgh area for her retirement years to be closer to her family. Sally had a deep Catholic faith, along with a kind heart towards others and a positive outlook on life.

Friends received Wednesday, November 15, 4-6pm at Laughlin Cremation & Funeral Tributes, 222 Washington Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15216. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday, November 16, 9:30am at Saint Anne Church, 400 Hoodridge Drive, Castle Shannon, PA 15234. Please meet at Church. Interment services in Saint Vincent Cemetery, Latrobe, will be held privately.
