Sandra Louise (Black) Orr

Age 84, of Mount Lebanon, originally of Cincinnati, OH on Thursday, October 28, 2021. Beloved wife for 64 years of Col. Thomas Lee Orr, United States Army Air Corp., Retired; devoted mother of Stewart Thomas (Pamela), Warren Lee (Amy) and Stanley Allen (Pamela) Orr; loving grandmother Heather (Chad) Whyte, Sheena and Cameron (the late Kimberly) Orr; Austin (Jessica) Orr, Adam Orr and Kendra (Stephen) Cutler; Margaret, Douglas and Jessica Orr; great-grandmother Scarlet, Savanna, Gabrielle, Miranda and Hadley; sister of Burcyl, Gebe, Stanley, Jerry and Judy; also survived by David, Suzy, Paige, Sarah Mara and Michael Harouse. Sandy earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Youngstown State in 1972 and went on to achieve her Master’s Degree in 1975. Family and friends will be welcomed to a Memorial Service in Southminster Presbyterian Church, 799 Washington Road, Pittsburgh on Saturday morning, December 4th at 10:30.
