Vincent Sniegocki Obituary

Vincent A. Sniegocki, 79, of Castle Shannon, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, surrounded by the love of the family he cherished above all else.

Vince leaves behind Carol (Enscoe), his wife of 57 years and the love of his life, a partnership built on devotion, laughter, and a shared love of adventure. He was the proud father of Melissa Majkic and Jodi (Peter) Kerhulas, and the beloved grandfather of Alexander, Nicholas, and Phillip Majkic, and Vincentia Kerhulas, grandchildren who filled his heart with immense pride and joy.

After graduating high school, Vince answered the call to serve his country, joining the U.S. Coast Guard, where he proudly served for four years. He returned home to build a long and dedicated career with Bell Atlantic / Verizon, retiring after decades of hard work and commitment. Retirement opened a new chapter for Vince and Carol, who spent years traveling the globe together, collecting memories, friendships, and stories that they carried home and shared with everyone they loved.

A man of deep faith, Vince was an active member of St. Anne's Parish for more than 50 years. He was also honored as a member of the Castle Shannon Volunteer Fire Department, a testament to his lifelong spirit of service to his community.

Vince will be remembered for his fierce, unwavering love for his family and his boundless zest for life, a man who lived fully, loved deeply, and left an imprint on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
