Virginia M. (Geiger)) Jackson

Virginia M. (Geiger) Jackson, born November 12, 1925, passed away quietly on the sunny morning of October 25, 2021. Formerly of Pittsburgh, she was the wife of the late Albion S. (Jack) Jackson, Jr.  Daughter of the late William and Elizabeth Geiger. Sister of the late William (Norma) Geiger, Jr., Marie (Joseph) Dolata, Elizabeth (George) Grosz, Margaret (Carl) Walters, Ruth (Raymond) Scheible, and Elsie (Phillip) Rodgers. Mother of Carole (Peter) Walsh and David Albion Jackson.  Grandmother of Paul (Cassandra) Abel, Matthew (Darla) Abel, and David Andrew (Danielle) Jackson.  Great-Grandmother of Logan, Ryann, Kaitlyn, Kullen and Jackson Abel, and Leonidas Jackson, as well as step-grandmother of Ricky, Larissa (Brian Flores) and Ariana Sciubba, and Amelia Kases.  Great-Great Grandmother of Adrian Sciubba.  As well as many nieces and nephews. There will be no funeral home visitation. However, the family will receive friends at St. Bernard Church (St. Michael the Archangel Parish), 311 Washington Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15216 on Wednesday morning, November 3, 2021, from 9:30 until the start of her Funeral Mass at 10:00.
