"Bernie" Powers; proud mother of Shaun (Nora), Tim, Michael (Maura), Virginia (Mark) Gregg, Carren (the late Lawrence) Gallick, William (Anne), Heather (Gordon) Taylor, Thomas (Frances), Shannon (Dawn) Powers-Duhon and the late Meghan Moorhead; devoted and caring son-in-law William Moorhead and daughter-in-law, Suzanne Powers; loving grandmother of Shane, Colin (Kaleigh), Meghan (Jose Luis), Seamus (Katherine), Matthew (Lauren), Amy, Amanda (John), Liam (Jeanie), Brennan (Jessica), Shaun (Sarah), Bailey (Ethan), Shannon, William, Kyleigh (Matthew), Tavis, lan (Julia), Holly, Hannah, Isabella, Grace, Thomas, Liam, Erich, Ethan, Mary Grace and 14 great grandchildren; also survived by many nieces and nephews; daughter of the late Amandus and Louise Vanderbosch; sister of the late Thomas, Phillip and Richard Vanderbosch. Friends will be welcomed at Laughlin Cremation & Funeral Tributes, 222 Washington Road, Mount Lebanon on Thursday, September 5th from 4:00 until 7:00pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Saint Bernard Church (St. Michael the Archangel Parish) on Friday morning at 10 o’clock. Interment, Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.
