William A. Toth

Age 88, of Mt. Lebanon, on Monday, November 24, 2025. Bill was the beloved husband of the late Jane Baker Toth; father of Mary Beth Sklar (Paul) , Edward Toth (Jen), Jennifer Toth-Perham, Matthew Toth (Elizabeth) and Sarah High (Christopher); brother of Joseph Toth (Linda); grandfather of Michael, Joshua, Madeline, George, Sophia, Nathan, Will and Stella; great-grandfather to Owen and Emilia. Bill was preceded in death by brother Louis Toth and his wife Adeline. Bill beautified cars and houses across Mt. Lebanon. If you ever had auto repair work done at Toth Autobody, you appreciated the skill and dedication Bill brought to restoring your car. His incredibly strong work ethic was imparted to his five children with family quotes of “That’s why they call it work” and “You can have fun at work”. Bill loved a good Sunday morning breakfast with his grandchildren, spoiling them at their favorite local restaurants and possibly a shopping treat after. At family events, you could hear Bill asking for ‘just a splash’ of wine - a glass we happily served. Of all, Bill was most proud of his five children, eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren. In celebration we raise ‘just a splash’ of wine in loving memory of Bill. Friends will be received at Laughlin Cremation & Funeral Tributes 222 Washington Road Mt. Lebanon on Sunday from 1 - 4 PM. A short time of remembrance will be held following the visitation. In lieu of flowers please make a tribute donation to the Alzheimer’s Association. We’d like to thank the staff at Asbury Heights for their kind and thoughtful care of Dad this past year.
